How LeagueBoots collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, and the choices you have.

Last updated

This policy explains how LeagueBoots LLC (“LeagueBoots”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit leagueboots.com, use our products (Sales Engagement and CRM, together the “Service”), or receive email sent through it, or appear in a customer’s CRM.

Two kinds of people this policy covers

  • Customers: people who sign up for LeagueBoots and use the Service, directly or in Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Contacts: people whose professional contact details (for example name, job title, employer or work email) a customer saves in its CRM or emails through Sales Engagement.

Information we collect

From customers:

  • Account information: your name and work email address, from the Google or Microsoft work account you sign up with.
  • Billing information: billing contact and payment details. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
  • Connected mailboxes: when you connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, it’s used only to send email you ask us to send. That access passes to the email-sending service provider that sends for us, and we keep no copy of it. We never read your calendar. See “Google and Microsoft user data” below.
  • Customer content: the contacts, companies, deals, tasks, emails and replies that you, Claude or ChatGPT save in the Service. Your CRM is kept up to date only from what you, Claude or ChatGPT send it.
  • Usage information: which tools Claude or ChatGPT calls and when, billing usage, and the logs we need to run, secure and bill the Service. These logs leave out contacts’ personal data.
  • Website information: basic technical data from visits to leagueboots.com, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

About contacts:

We get contacts’ details only from customers, as customer content: what a customer, Claude or ChatGPT saves in its CRM or the email it sends through Sales Engagement. We don’t buy contact data, and we don’t provide it to anyone else.

How we use information

  • To provide the Service: send email you ask us to send, and maintain your CRM records.
  • To bill you, including tracking the monthly credit.
  • To protect deliverability: checking sends against opt-outs, earlier replies, bounce history and complaint rates, and pausing mailboxes that are at risk.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with law.
  • To contact you about your account and, if you agree, about product news.

We don’t use customer content to train AI models.

Claude and ChatGPT

When you connect LeagueBoots in Claude or ChatGPT, we receive only what Claude or ChatGPT sends to our tools and what those tools return. We never receive your conversation, and we never read Claude’s or ChatGPT’s memory, chat history or files. We use what we receive only to run the tool that was called. We log which tool was called and when, without contacts’ personal data, and delete those logs after 7 days. Disconnecting LeagueBoots in Claude or ChatGPT stops all of its access.

Google and Microsoft user data

LeagueBoots’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail access only to send email you ask us to send, and we pass that access to the email-sending service provider that sends for us without keeping a copy. We don’t read your calendar. We don’t sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law.

We apply the same limits to Outlook access received from Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph.

How we share information

  • With service providers that host, process payments and deliver email on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of LeagueBoots, our customers or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

Your choices and rights

Contacts can ask us to:

  • tell them what information we hold about them and which customer it came from,
  • correct or delete it, and
  • stop all email to them through LeagueBoots (opt out).

An opt-out is honored across all LeagueBoots products: we block sends to your address from Sales Engagement, whichever customer is sending.

Customers can access, correct, export or delete their account information and customer content, and can close their account at any time.

To make any request, email hello@leagueboots.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to appeal a decision; reply to our response to appeal.

Retention

We keep account information and customer content while your account is open, and delete it within 90 days after you close your account, except where we must keep it longer for legal, tax or security reasons. We keep a suppression record of opt-outs, even after an account closes, so we can continue to honor them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we’ll notify affected people as required by law if a breach occurs.

Children

The Service is for businesses and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

International users

We operate in the United States and process information there.

Changes

We’ll post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we’ll notify customers by email before it takes effect.
