Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of LeagueBoots.

Last updated

These terms are an agreement between you and LeagueBoots LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LeagueBoots”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of leagueboots.com and our products: Sales Engagement and CRM (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a company, you agree to these terms for that company, and “you” means that company.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

1. The Service

LeagueBoots provides sales tools that Claude, ChatGPT and other apps call through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You’re responsible for the apps you connect and for the instructions you give them. Actions Claude, ChatGPT or another app takes through the Service on your account are your actions.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.
  • Give us accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send email that is deceptive, harassing or unlawful, or that breaks anti-spam law such as the CAN-SPAM Act;
  • email anyone who has opted out, or remove or hide the unsubscribe option;
  • use Sales Engagement to email recipients outside the United States;
  • use contact data to discriminate, stalk or harass, or for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, such as employment, credit, insurance or housing decisions;
  • break the terms of Google or any other provider whose accounts you connect;
  • interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or get around usage limits.

We may pause sending, suspend tools or suspend your account to protect deliverability, recipients, other customers or the Service. We’ll tell you why unless the law or the risk prevents it.

4. Fees and billing

  • The Service is priced by usage at the rates and with the monthly credit shown on our pricing page, which is part of these terms.
  • Each account gets the monthly credit at the start of every month, and it applies to usage of any product. Unused credit doesn’t roll over to the next month, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be transferred. Only one account per person or company gets the credit.
  • Once your usage passes the monthly credit, you must add a payment method. We bill monthly in arrears for usage above the credit.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Fees don’t include taxes; you’re responsible for applicable taxes.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. New prices apply to usage after they take effect.

5. Your data

You own the content that you, Claude, ChatGPT or another app you connect put into the Service, such as CRM records and emails (“Customer Content”). You give us permission to use Customer Content only to provide, secure and improve the Service and as described in our privacy policy. You’re responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the Customer Content you provide and the email you send.

6. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service. These terms give you the right to use it as they describe, and no other right to it.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with services we don’t control, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We’re not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

We work to keep email deliverable, but the Service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that any email will be delivered or answered, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don’t apply to your payment obligations, your breach of section 3, or either party’s indemnity obligations.

10. Indemnity

You’ll defend and indemnify LeagueBoots against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, the email you send through the Service, or your breach of these terms or the law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or end your account if you breach these terms, if your account is unpaid, or if we stop offering the Service, with notice where reasonable. When your account ends, you’ll pay for usage up to that date, and sections 4 through 12 continue to apply.

12. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and email you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
  • You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver.
  • These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
