Your inbox and your data stay yours

Your Gmail or Outlook

LeagueBoots uses your mailbox only to send the emails you approve. That access passes to the email-sending service that sends for us, and we keep no copy of it. LeagueBoots never reads your mail or your calendar: Claude or ChatGPT reads them through its own connectors and tells LeagueBoots what to log in your CRM. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and we hold Outlook data from Microsoft 365 to the same limits. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or let anyone read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law.

Claude and ChatGPT

LeagueBoots sees only what Claude or ChatGPT sends to its tools and what they send back, never your conversation, and uses it only to run the tool. We log which tool was called and when, without the personal data of the people in your CRM, and delete those logs after 7 days. Disconnect LeagueBoots in Claude or ChatGPT and all of its access stops.

Your data stays yours

• We don't use your data to train AI models.
• Email us at any time to export or delete your data, or to close your account.
• When you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons.
• Card details stay with our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls and monitoring. LeagueBoots runs and stores data in the United States. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

The people you contact

Every send is checked against opt-outs, earlier replies and bounces. When someone opts out, every LeagueBoots product stops contacting them, so one unsubscribe protects your sending reputation everywhere.
